退換貨條款及細則：
Starryramune 為確保衛生與顧客的權益，商品於出貨前，均會仔細檢查並妥善包裝，因此未能提供退換貨服務。
商品有明顯瑕疵 / 款式錯誤才接受退貨或換貨。
請於收到貨品後三天內聯絡我們退換貨。
瑕疵說明：
拆封時商品即時有明顯髒污、破損等痕跡，請三天內告知我們。
退換商品必須保持全新、吊牌未拆、未洗。
商品需寄回並確認簽收後，才能退換。
若發現退換之商品有煙味、香水味或是人為使用痕跡等，恕不予退換，感謝配合。
若因實物與想像不符、尺寸不適合、有色差等理由，恕不提供退換。

We offer return or exchange within the first 3 days of your purchase, if 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Return and Exchanges:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then will be processed.
